This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased through our Shop (resistance bands, yoga mats, dumbbells, shakers, weighing scales, measuring tapes, and other gym accessories).

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other cities/towns: 5–8 business days
• Remote areas: 8–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount from time to time.

5. Serviceable Areas

We currently ship across India. If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you and offer a full refund.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number/link via WhatsApp or email to track your package.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@fitsakhi.com or WhatsApp 9930994560 with your order number, and we will investigate with our courier partner.

8. Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. FitSakhi is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
