1. What is FitSakhi?

FitSakhi is a women-only online fitness club offering daily 1-hour live classes including Yoga, Aerobics, Fat Loss Workouts, Strength Training, and Flexibility sessions—led by certified female trainers.

2. Who can join FitSakhi?

Any woman—beginner, intermediate or advanced—can join. Age group from 15 to 65+ is welcome. No prior fitness experience needed.

3. How do I join the online classes?

After purchasing your membership, you’ll receive:

Class Zoom/Meet link

Daily reminders

You can start immediately.

4. What equipment do I need?

Only basics:

Yoga mat

Water bottle

Towel

Optional: resistance band / 1–2 kg dumbbells.

5. What timings are available?

We conduct daily 1-hour sessions.

You will receive the full weekly timetable during onboarding.

6. Are all classes led by female trainers?

Yes. FitSakhi is a women-only platform and all trainers are certified female instructors.

7. What type of workouts do you offer?

We offer:

8. Do you provide personal training?

Yes. Personal one-on-one training is available on request. Additional charges apply.

9. How can I pay for my membership?

10. What is the refund policy?

Membership fees are non-refundable, but you may shift to another plan or extend under special circumstances.

11. Will I get diet plans too?

Yes. We share general diet guidelines for members. Personalized diet consultations are optional and chargeable.

12. Can I freeze or pause my membership?

Yes, you can pause your membership once for genuine reasons (health/travel). Terms apply.

13. How long are the sessions?

Each class is 1 hour, including warm-up, main workout, and cool-down.

14. Is it safe for beginners or overweight women?

Absolutely. Our workouts are beginner-friendly, low-impact options are provided, and trainers give modifications.

15. How will I track my progress?

We help you with:

16. Can working women join?

Yes! We offer flexible timings and recorded sessions (optional) for busy working women.

17. Do you offer trial classes?
